Freehost is a company with extensive experience in the sector, offering professional management services for short-term rental properties (vacation rentals*) and mid-term rentals (seasonal rentals) in Valencia (Spain). We primarily do this through the Airbnb platform. Our mission is to help you maximize the benefits of your rental while gaining freedom and quality time. We want you to do this with the absolute peace of mind that your property is in the best hands, and if anything unexpected happens during a stay, we’ll be there to take care of everything. *We are a Company registered in the Tourism Register of the Valencian Community as a property management company, with registration number EGVT-426-V.

For short-term rentals, yes, and let us explain why: this platform, currently the leading website for offering accommodations among individuals worldwide, allows you to filter guests based on their profile and the reviews received from other hosts in previous stays. Additionally, all bookings received through Airbnb are protected by Damage Protection, which is part of AirCover for hosts, and reimburses you up to $3 million in the unlikely event that a guest causes damage to your accommodation or belongings during a stay on Airbnb, if the guest does not pay for the damage. For medium-term rentals, we also use other platforms, in addition to this one.

We take the review system very seriously. After each stay, our cleaning staff will inform us of any eventual incidents. This is essential for writing the review about the guest or for proceeding to claim for damages or missing items. In this case, if applicable, we inform the owner immediately.

We cannot guarantee a minimum monthly income, but you can rest assured that we will work very hard to maximize the earnings from your short or mid-term rental.

One of our Customer Service Agents will contact your guests before their arrival to introduce themselves and ensure they have all the necessary information for their trip. Upon their arrival, we will warmly welcome them, exchange keys, give them a tour of the property, answer any questions, and offer personalized tourist information services, providing our own informational material. From there, we will remain at their disposal, offering a 24/7 Concierge and Support service for any assistance, recommendations, or reservations they may need.

My lease agreement does not allow subleasing. Is it still possible for Freehost to provide services?2024-06-07T07:29:33+02:00

Absolutely! In fact, the listing belongs to you. You will retain full access to your account and will be able to view the calendar, payments, and all correspondence with guests.

If there are no confirmed bookings for those days, absolutely! Let us know as far in advance as possible which dates you would need the apartment, and we will block the corresponding dates to prevent bookings during that period.

It’s very easy. Complete our contact form and we will contact you within 24 hours. We will arrange a meeting to familiarize ourselves with the property, answer your questions, obtain all necessary information, formalize the agreement (we require a minimum commitment of 1 year), and collect the necessary keys. In a few days, we will generate the listing content, and once everything is set up, you will start receiving bookings. Yes, Freehost provides professional industrial laundry services. We work with an external laundry company that offers laundry and ironing services for bedding and bathroom linens to ensure they are always in perfect condition.

Yes, Freehost has its own staff to carry out small home repairs. For more technical work, we have an extensive network of specialized providers.

We work with a dedicated external company to ensure professional and reliable cleaning services for the properties we manage. However, we have our own Cleaning Supervisor who ensures that the cleaning services provided by the external company meet our quality standards.

At the end of each month, we will send you an invoice for the services provided during that month (from the bookings for which you have already received payments), and you can pay it within 5 days of receiving the invoice.

Our operational radius covers the most tourist-attractive areas in the city and the beach area of Valencia and La Patacona (Alboraya). To find out if your property is within our operating area, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

When do I receive payment for the bookings?2024-06-07T07:41:42+02:00

Regarding short-term bookings through the Airbnb platform, the payment is issued to the owner’s bank account on the day after the arrival date of each reservation. Depending on the bank or payment method, it may take a few business days for the money to be deposited into your account. If it is a medium-term stay (more than 31 nights), Airbnb sends the payment for the first month on the day after the arrival date, and subsequent payments will be received in monthly payouts.
